「レッツ・グルーヴ」は、アメリカのバンド、アース・ウィンド・アンド・ファイアーの曲で、彼らの11枚目のスタジオアルバム「レイズ！」（1981年）からの初のシングルとしてリリースされた。モーリス・ホワイトとウェイン・ヴォーンによって書かれ、ホワイトによってプロデュースされた。この曲は商業的に成功し、様々な地域でバンドの最高ヒットシングルとなった。
