「Decadence Dance」（デカダンス・ダンス）はアメリカのヘヴィメタルバンド、Extreme（エクストリーム）の曲。2枚目のスタジオアルバム『Extreme II: Pornograffitti』の1曲目に収録され、1990年8月7日、A&Mレコードよりリリースされた。
アルバムは商業的に大きな成功を収め、Billboard 200で最高10位を記録し、アメリカレコード協会（RIAA）によってダブル・プラチナに認定された。これはバンドにとって最も売れたアルバムである。本作からは、「More Than Words」と「Hole Hearted」の2枚のシングルがBillboard Hot 100でそれぞれ1位と4位を獲得。また、「Decadence Dance」と「Get the Funk Out」の2曲もMTVの『Headbangers Ball』で人気を集めた。
歌詞の意味
デカダンス（decadence）とは？
「decadence（デカダンス）」は、道徳や文化の退廃・堕落を意味する言葉で、贅沢や快楽に溺れた状態を指す。語源はフランス語の「décadence」で、さらにさかのぼるとラテン語の「decadentia（衰退）」に由来する。19世紀末には芸術運動「デカダン主義」としても使われた。
「贅沢や快楽に溺れた状態」と聞くと、無気力で働いてないような状態を想像してしまうが、Extremeの「Decadence Dance」では、むしろ競争社会の中でエサをぶら下げられて、がむしゃらになって働く様子を風刺的に捉えて、「Dance（踊れ）」と煽り、少しでも他人より良い暮らしをするため、見栄を張るために物質的な豊かさばかり求める様を「decadence（デカダンス＝贅沢や快楽に溺れた状態）」だと揶揄している。
