歌詞の意味

二人して砂の中に頭をうずめて
「head in the sand」は通常、「bury/have your head in the sand」の形で、「たとえ自分の状況に影響を及ぼすとしても、嫌な事実について考えることを拒否すること」という意味で使われる慣用表現である。
自然な訳として「二人して現実逃避して」「二人して目を背けて」などの訳が考えられるが、直後に続くフレーズは、
