タイトルのセント・アイズ(St.Ides)はアルコール度数8.2％の麦芽酒のこと。この曲がレコーディングされた1994年、1995年はまだアルコール度数6.2%と7.3%でセント・アイズ・プレミアム・モルト・リカーと呼ばれていた。
